On Campus shows live college football: scores, box scores, rankings and, with the Season Pass, drive charts, play-by-play and advanced stats.

I bought the Season Pass but it isn't unlocked

Open the Season Pass screen (Go Pro on the Today tab, or the You tab) and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so restoring works on a new phone or after reinstalling.

How do I cancel Monthly?

In your App Store or Google Play account settings, under Subscriptions. The one-time Season Pass does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

I'm not getting game alerts

Check that notifications are allowed for On Campus in your phone's settings, that you follow the team, and that the alert is switched on in the app's Alerts screen. Quiet hours there also hold alerts back.

A score or stat looks wrong

Live data can lag a play or two, and some figures fill in after the game. If something is still wrong after the final, tell us which game.
